Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, any requests after this time cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it’s received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays or sale seasons. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and typically within 1-3 business days from the order date. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, orders take 5-7 business days for delivery. 

What if i don't receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 15 business days after shipping, please contact us at Support@lunaishop.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue or issuing a refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, but you may be subject to customs duties and taxes once your order arrives at your destination. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the progress of your shipment. If you haven’t received tracking information or have any issues tracking your order, feel free to reach out to us at Support@lunaishop.com.

Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated.

How do I return an item?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. Please email us at Support@lunaishop.com.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all of our products are covered by a warranty for defects in workmanship. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us, and we’ll make sure to resolve the problem.
